Lacy graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in August 2011 and began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northwest Texas Hospital. Embracing her passion for aesthetics, Lacy ventured into the world of injectables in 2021 and began her journey as an Aesthetic Nurse.
Lacy has extensive training in neurotoxins, various types of dermal fillers and skin care consults as well as Sciton laser treatments including BBL and Moxi. For Lacy, the most rewarding aspect of her work is witnessing the positive impact her treatments have on her clients by inspiring confidence and enhancing their natural beauty.

Ashley graduated from Amarillo College with her associates degree in nursing in May of 2015. She started her nursing career at Northwest Texas Hospital working in the medical surgical unit. In December of 2015, she began working at Quail Creek Surgical Hospital as a patient stay nurse. Ashley passionate about her field as well as the patients and clients she serves.
Ashley began working as an aesthetic nurse in 2022 and has extensive training in facials, chemical peels, injectables, microneedling, Sciton laser treatments including BBL and Moxi, and is a certified HydraFacial Expert. Ashley has trained directly under Taylor Seimens, NP, and Ellee Bonner, RN. She is also the team lead for IV Therapy treatments.

Brittani is an Amarillo native and began working at Re-form in June of 2021 as a receptionist. She quickly moved into the role of Aesthetic Coordinator and found her passion in skincare. Brittani graduated esthetician school in the summer of 2023 and is now an aesthetic provider alongside Ashley and Lacy.
She enjoys learning about new products and services and is a certified ZO SkinHealth Expert. Brittani is extremely knowledgeable in all the products and services offered at Re-form and loves curating personalized skin care experiences to help her clients achieve their skin goals. With a genuine passion for skincare, she strives to empower and educate clients for healthy, radiant skin transformations.

Dillon Miller, MD serves as the Medical Director for Re-Form, providing clinical oversight and medical guidance for the practice’s aesthetic services. Dr. Miller is board certified in Family Medicine and brings extensive leadership and healthcare experience to his role, ensuring patient safety, evidence-based protocols, and the highest standard of care.
Dr. Miller earned his medical degree from the University of Texas–Houston Medical School and completed his Family Medicine residency training at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
