Essential classes focus on foundational Pilates movements, proper form, breathing, and core engagement. These classes move at a supportive pace and emphasize learning the basics.
Best for beginners, clients returning after time away, and anyone wanting to refine fundamentals.
Intermediate classes build on foundational movements and introduce more complex exercises, increased strength demands, and greater coordination.
Best for clients with prior Pilates experience and those comfortable with equipment and Pilates terminology.
Intermediate mat classes focus on bodyweight Pilates exercises performed primarily on the mat. These classes require strong core control, coordination, and familiarity with Pilates principles.
Best for experienced Pilates clients and those looking for a challenging, equipment-free workout.
These classes emphasize core strength while still supporting full-body stability and proper movement mechanics.
Best for clients wanting targeted core work and those familiar with Pilates fundamentals.
These classes are led by licensed physical therapists and focus on safe, intentional movement with a strong emphasis on form and injury awareness.
Ideal for beginners wanting extra guidance, clients transitioning from physical therapy, and those seeking added confidence and education.
This equipment-based class is designed specifically for men, focusing on strength, mobility, and functional movement patterns.
Ideal for men new to Pilates, athletes or active individuals, and those looking to improve flexibility and core strength.
Flexion-free classes modify traditional Pilates movements to limit spinal flexion while still building strength and stability.
