Group Pilates classes at Re-Form are designed to build strength, stability, and confidence through intentional, equipment-based movement. Our small class sizes allow instructors to provide hands-on guidance while still creating a motivating group environment.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to challenge yourself at a higher level, our class offerings meet you where you are—and help you progress safely and effectively.
Pilates at Re-Form is taught in small group settings to ensure personalized instruction and hands-on guidance. Our equipment-based classes are designed to build strength and support proper movement, while clearly defined class levels help you know exactly where to start. With options led by physical therapists and a welcoming environment for both beginners and experienced clients, every class is intentionally designed to help you move with confidence.
Designed for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or transitioning from physical therapy with provider clearance. Led by a Physical Therapist or Assistant, these classes focus on essential Pilates movements with tailored modifications. A supportive, medically informed approach makes this class ideal for building strength, improving mobility, and creating a safe foundation at Re-Form.
Essential Level is our foundational Pilates class, ideal for beginners and those new to Re-Form. Using a variety of equipment—including reformer, mat, chair, and more—clients focus on building strength, control, and a strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals. These classes progress at a supportive pace, with occasional introduction of intermediate movements to prepare clients for the next level.
Anyone who has never taken a class at Re-form must begin in either an Essential Level class or Pilates with a PT class.
This level bridges the gap between foundational and intermediate Pilates work, ideal for clients ready to advance beyond beginner exercises. Classes combine essential and intermediate movements across a variety of equipment, with options to modify or progress within the same exercise. This allows each client to be appropriately challenged while continuing to build strength, control, and coordination.
Instructor approval is required, as this class is not intended for beginners or those new to Re-Form.
Designed for experienced clients ready for a more advanced Pilates workout. Classes move at a quicker pace and require greater strength, coordination, and control across all equipment. Emphasis is placed on refining technique while performing intermediate-level exercises with confidence. Instructor approval is required to ensure appropriate placement and a safe, challenging experience.
