The STOTT PILATES® Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) course prepares instructors to safely and effectively work with clients who present with a wide range of physical challenges. This course focuses on understanding the instructor’s role within the rehabilitative process and emphasizes collaboration with licensed healthcare professionals.

Participants will learn industry standards for client screening, explore biomechanical patterns and joint stability models, and develop appropriate exercise progressions for common injuries and special populations. The course also covers muscle classification systems and programming considerations rooted in current rehabilitation and movement science models.

Completion of Injuries & Special Populations is required for full STOTT Pilates® certification. Please note that this course does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat injuries or conditions without consultation from a licensed healthcare provider.
